Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent image release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying different areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
